Paul Dassow, MD

Dr. Dassow completed medical school at Washington University in St. Louis and a residency in Family Medicine at Scott Medical Center in Belleville, Illinois.  He served the Air Force community first at Langley AFB in Virginia and then at RAF Croughton in England before accepting a Faculty Development Fellowship position at the University of Kentucky in 1999.  He became full time faculty there, serving as Program Director and Assistant Dean for Graduate Medical Education.  In 2010, he and his wife joined the faculty at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga.  He served in various roles including residency clinic Director, Department research coordinator, and Chief of Family Medicine for Erlanger Health System.  He was promoted to full Professor in 2018.  He has been married for 35 years, has 6 children and 4 grandchildren.
