OUR CORE VALUES

1.  We value compassionate love as the guiding principle for all we do in healthcare. We are to be selfless, sacrificial and to give our all for our patients. We strive to act in the best interest of our patients, seeking their highest good.

2.  We value the inherent dignity and worth of all persons from conception to natural death. It is our duty to protect and preserve human life and not to harm it.

3.  We value the healthcare professional’s right of conscience.

4.  We value stewardship and the wise use of resources in healthcare.

5.  We value scientific integrity and the application of evidence-based care to all patients, free from political and cultural bias.

6.  We value access to healthcare for all persons needing it regardless of age, abilities, or socioeconomic status. We personally work to ensure all who are sick can receive the medical care they need.
